ElderLink is CodeAj’s in-house elder care venture, offering verified caretakers for hospital visits, check-ups, medicine management and outings in Bangalore. Designed, built and launched internally as an R&D project.

The Challenge
01What needed solving
We wanted to test a real-world service idea: helping families whose parents live alone in Bangalore while their children work in other cities or abroad. Since families would be trusting strangers with their parents’ safety, the website had to build trust quickly and feel personal rather than corporate. As an early-stage pilot covering only a few areas on weekends, it also needed to be clear about where and when the service operates, while making it easy for worried families to reach a real person fast.
Our Approach
02How we planned it
We treated ElderLink as a lean pilot, launching with a focused set of services and areas to validate demand before scaling. The interface uses a calm navy and soft green palette with a classic serif typeface for a warm, reliable feel. Messaging speaks directly to the worries of adult children, highlighting ID-verified caretakers and photo updates after each visit. WhatsApp and phone were made the primary actions, and service areas, availability and cancellation terms were stated openly to set clear expectations.
The Solution
03What we built
The homepage opens with an emotional hero message, a short video showing how families receive visit updates, and quick WhatsApp and call buttons, along with reassurance points like no hidden charges, quick booking and easy cancellation. The services section presents ElderLink as a support system for hospital visits, health check-ups, medicine management and outings. The About page tells the founding story behind the service, building a personal connection with visitors. The Contact page brings together WhatsApp, phone, Instagram, service areas and availability, alongside a common questions section covering arrangement time, caretaker verification, coverage and cancellations. An elder care blog, written in plain language, shares practical guides on monsoon care, health check-ups after 60 and fall prevention, helping the site rank for local searches. An enquiry form captures leads, and the whole site is fully responsive.
The Outcome
04The results delivered
ElderLink is live at elderlink.in as a pilot service in South Bangalore, with direct WhatsApp and call booking, clear service information and an SEO-focused elder care blog. The project also serves as a reference build for CodeAj’s service-business websites.
